• Telegram username — provided voluntarily to receive results
• Usage data — commands used, interaction patterns (anonymized)
• IP address — to estimate your country, and for security
• Analytics data — via the Meta pixel and our click tracker (a cookie, plus the ad click ID if you came from an ad)

We do not collect your real name, email address, payment card details, or any casino account information.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver analysis results to your Telegram account
• Improve the Scanio engine through aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• Rate-limit API requests to prevent abuse
• Measure which ads bring visitors (Meta pixel and our click tracker)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

• Telegram — to deliver messages via the Bot API
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — page views, button taps and, for visitors from a Meta ad, later sign-ups at a partner

4. Data Retention

Telegram usernames are not stored permanently. Rate-limit data is held in memory only and resets on each deployment. Analytics data is retained per the respective provider's policies.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Telegram bot.

6. Cookies

This website uses the Meta pixel, which sets a cookie (_fbp) to measure our ads. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
